Supervisor Network Operations
Position Description:
ComplexDrive, a CariNet company, is looking for an experienced Network Services engineer for our growing Network Services division. The Network Services division is responsible for data center, dedicated server, and legacy ISP network operations within our five facilities at Complex Drive.If you have solid network installation and operations experience - and are well-versed in current network technologies - ComplexDrive offers a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for you.
We have formal and on-site technical training and we provide incentives and opportunities for you to achieve industry certifications (e.g. Cisco, CISSP, Sun, Microsoft, IAM/IEM, ISS). Our rapid growth translates to ample opportunity for professional advancement.
The ideal candidate will have initiative, an appetite for knowledge, and be willing to spend the time it takes to get the job done. This is a supervisory position (team lead) and organizational/project management skills are required. Excellent documentation skills are a must!
Required Skills:
Network Operations
- Expert in IP routing
- In-depth experience with Cisco routers and switches
- Experienced troubleshooter and network operator
- Experience in basic network security
- Familiar with common internet applications
Management
- Able to produce, read, and comprehend technical documentation
- Excellent organization skills
- Experienced and proven project management
- Able to work in team environment

Sales Account Manager
Position Description:
ComplexDrive, a CariNet company, is looking for an experienced Sales Account Managers to help manage the ever growing number of small, medium and large size business customers here in Southern California.To keep up with growth, we are looking to expand our sales force with motivated, experienced, and professional individuals, interested in earning an excellent living.
Past sales experience and knowledge of colocation and ISP related services are a plus. The ideal applicant will be able handle outbound sales responsibilities and generate a steady stream of business. An applicant that can do so has the ability to make an excellent living and have a long term position with one of San Diego’s fastest growing and most successful ISP’s.
The ideal candidate will have initiative, an appetite for knowledge, and be willing to spend the time it takes to get the job done.
Required Skills:
Sales Experience
- Minimum 2 years outbound sales experience
- Experience with managing leads and opportunities
- Minimum 1 year experience in technology sales (more experience a plus)
Communications
Fluent in written and spoken English
Education
4 year college degree preferred
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
