Strategy and Future Planning
All future planning and forward looking development for the company is handled by our CEO Joe McMillen. Mr. McMillen’s provides guidance, business knowledge, and direction when and where it is needed. As with all things Internet, our business is ever evolving. It is the charge of our CEO to keep us two steps ahead of the market.
Management and Corporate Marketing
Day-to-Day Operational Management is handled by the company’s President, Chris Orlando. Mr. Orlando is not your traditional executive leader. With offices located right at the entrance to our flagship Colocation facility, Mr. Orlando’s days are filled with customer and vendor meetings, and with developing the talented staff of employees that make Complex Drive what it is today.
Technology Infrastructure
With his finger on the pulse of our Enterprise Network, company CTO Steve Wallace is responsible for keeping Complex Drive on the cutting edge. Reliable IP services and responsive network connectivity are the primary objective of Steve’s network management group.
Service and Support
All service and support divisions report to the Director of Network Operation Centers, Daniel Zeiler. Mr. Zeiler focuses 100% on customer service, training, and Data Center management. Under his direction, Complex Drive’s Network Operations Teams have earned critical acclaim from the Southern California IT community and are capable of handling any customer request, large or small.
Software Development
From backend billing systems to the customer facing Resource Management Portal, Complex Drive’s software development efforts are headed up by our Chief Software Architect, John Davidson. By listening to customer feedback and focusing on business process automation, John’s team delivers tools that help bring added value to Complex Drive employees and customers alike.
Sales Operations
Reporting directly to the President, Jim Maddox serves at Sales Operations Manager for the organization. Jim’s responsibilities include managing the flow of in and outbound sales activity, providing close support to the Complex Drive executive team, as well as providing Quality Assurance oversight for all sales and billing related requests.
