Network & Facilities Information Center
The Complex Drive's network encompasses several diverse Data Centers. We strive to provide visibility into our Data Center management and maintenance practices so that our customers are informed and aware of all work being done within the facility in which they are hosted.
Scheduled & Critical Maintenance
The Complex Drive Data Centers are designed with N+1 redundancy on all systems. Customers who take full advantage of dual IP handoffs and completely redundant power infrastructure have the ability to maintain 100% uptime even during major maintenance windows. For customers whose businesses needs do not require the investment for these additional redundancies, Complex Drive makes every effort to keep maintenance downtime to an absolute minimum. Complex Drive conducts maintenance on a variety of Data Center systems when necessary, usually not more than 4 times per calendar year. Complex Drive’s goal is limit the service affecting time of any maintenance window to a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes per incident. Should all four (4) windows be utilized within a calendar year, Complex Drive’s total scheduled maintenance downtime would be 60 minutes or less, which maintains our 99.99% uptime rating, even when all scheduled maintenance windows are added to the calculations.
Complex Drive’s quarterly maintenance windows are announced in advance and are predominantly scheduled on Saturday mornings between 12:00am – 2:00am PST. From time to time, a situation may occur that would prompt Complex Drive to open an Emergency Maintenance Window. Every effort is made to notify customer with as much advanced notice as is possible and to minimize any customer impact.
Network & Facilities Status
Complex Drive maintains a Network & Facilities Information Center which contains status pages for all critical systems and services. Complex Drive Network and Engineering teams provide updates in regards to upcoming maintenance windows, Network upgrades or enhancements, and information about other facility based activities which customers may find interesting or useful. To access the Network & Facilities Information Center, log into the Complex Drive portal located at www.complexdrive.com. From there, click on the Overview tab, the select Facilities. On the left hand side of the screen you will find a link to this page within the Quick Menu.
