Complex Drive Premium Multi-homed Bandwidth

Our 100% Cisco Switched multi-gigabit network is built for redundancy and speed. Our IP backbone consists of four premium transit carriers (AT&T, Level3, Cox, Cogent) all delivered to our customers via a BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) blend. These carriers were carefully selected to ensure global IP coverage and blazing fast speed, regardless of where your audience resides.

As an added benefit, the multi-homed nature of our IP backbone means reliable uptime, even if one or more carriers is experiencing difficulties.

Competitive Bandwidth Pricing – redundancy built in!

Complex Drive offers bandwidth packages to fit any customer's requirements or budget. All base colocation packages include 1Mbps of Premium Multi-homed bandwidth, and Complex Drive can accommodate individual customers requirements up to 2000Mbps (2Gbps), all at very competitive pricing.

Bandwidth Billing – Based on Average Usage, Pay for What You Use

Most ISP's or Colocation Centers bill customers based on 95th percent usage. At Complex Drive, we bill bandwidth based on Average Usage. This billing method allows customers to take advantage of the natural “peaks and valleys” in their daily usage. By averaging low usage periods together with high volume peaks, customer end up being billed for "actual usage" instead of being penalized only for peak bandwidth periods. This method saves Complex Drive customers 30% or more on average when compared to other bandwidth providers. See for yourself - the bandwidth bill below is an actual customer graph. This customer uses almost 90Mbps on a daily basis, but the "Billable" usage is only 30.58Mbps.

Redundant Connectivity to the Complex Drive Network
No Extra Charge

All Complex Drive Colocation or Data Center customers receive Internet connectivity via dual Ethernet or Dual Fiber connection. These redundant connections are configured for HSRP (Hot Standby Routing Protocol) at no additional cost. Having multiple connections to Complex Drive's Enterprise Network brings even further redundancy and alleviates a single point of failure introduced by using only one Ethernet of Fiber connection.

BGP - Options

For customers who require even greater levels of redundancy or for those who have existing bandwidth agreements in place, Complex Drive’s BGP engineers will be more than happy to assist our customers in configuring a BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) set up between a third party IP or bandwidth provider and the Complex Drive network.

Carrier Neutrality

All Complex Drive facilities are carrier neutral. With 11 different fiber providers located within our productions Data Centers, we allow customers to connect directly with whichever providers best fit their needs. Cross Connect fees may apply.
