Complex Drive offers a number of value added Managed Services to better serve our customer base.

Managed Hardware

Routers – for customers purchasing Broadband or WAN services, Complex Drive offers a valuable program that provides hardware, initial set up & configuration, ongoing management, and instant hardware replacement in the event of malfunction or damage – all for a low monthly fee. Under this program, Complex Drive will provide a monthly price quote for the equipment needed. Our engineering staff will determine initial configuration and set up requirements and once complete, a copy of the configuration image will be saved in case these settings need to be restored or applied to a replacement device in the future.

Switches – should you a customer need to lease a switch on an ongoing basis or for a short term period, Complex Drive can help. With a large number of Cisco switches in stock, our intention is to have the answer to any need, large or small, when it occurs.

Firewalls – Complex Drive provides a number of Firewall solutions ranging from entry level security appliances to Fully Redundant, Gigabit Ready, Enterprise Firewalls complete with H/A Fail Over set up.

Network Planning Services

Complex Drive will provide initial Network Planning services to our customers at no charge. (Up to two hours of senior level consulting) By providing a second set of eyes for customers migrating from home grown computer rooms or other Data Centers and Colocation facilities, we are able to help make migrations and new installations go more smoothly.

Should a customer require Network Planning Services beyond the initial free services, Complex Drive can provide hourly consulting services or we put you in touch with our full service Managed Service partner ALL COVERED.

Fully Managed Services

Complex Drive has partnered with nationally recognized IT services company, ALL COVERED, to provide an almost unlimited number of managed service offerings to our customer base.
