Build Requirements: Fortune 1000 customer required 90+ cabinet environment with large power and cooling capabilities. Workspace for IT teams and conference centers for meetings and planning sessions were also required. Due to rapidly changing business demands, customer required occupancy of space within 70 days of agreement signature.

The Solution: Complex Drive choreographed a team of 100+ individuals and service contractors from a variety of disciplines over the 70 day period to deliver the Tier III facility on time and under budget. Customer signed a multi-year colocation agreement to secure this space.
