Complex Drive maintains a number of Build-to-Suit building shells within our San Diego campus. Customers with Data Center or Colocation needs which require 200 square feet or more of space can take advantage of the following benefits:
- Fantastic Bandwidth Options - Shells are located in our San Diego Internet Campus, where connectivity to 11 different fiber carriers is available via a cross connect from our Production Facility at 8913 Complex Drive. IP and Bandwidth services can be installed within 24 hours. Customers can choose to purchase a blended bandwidth connection directly from Complex Drive, they can cross connect direct to any of 11 carriers, or Complex Drive can provide a BGP blend between carriers to suit any customers needs.
- Complete Data Center Customization - Shells can be constructed to your specification to fit any security, uptime, or business requirement. The examples below can be outfitted to house any combination of raised floor or high density Data Center space, specialized access control, or customized redundancy solutions
- Office Space / Support Centers / Custom Amenities - Custom shells can be configured to house Data Center space as well as office or workspace, conference or support centers, kitchens, break rooms, and other amenities
- Support Services - Customer can choose to have Complex Drive provide our standard 5 Start Support at no additional cost. For those wishing to purchase "White Label" colocation space Complex Drive can provide Branded Support Service. Under this model, whereby Complex Drive employees serve as contractors and provide front line and 24 hour support for your Data Center space.
- Pricing - Pricing for Build-to-Suit space is flexible and in most cases set up costs, support, and management fees are included in the multi-year colocation pricing.
