Sturdy crash carts provided with Flat Screen Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse (both USB & PS2)
KVM Switch allows connections to multiple computers
Parts Box containing standard cage nuts and rack screws
Pop-Up Stool (because standing the whole time you are here in no fun)

Customer Work Space (Some call it a Sanctuary)

Anti-Static Work Spaces complete with tools and room to spread out.
Wired and Wireless Internet Access
Wireless KVM/IP
Heating and Cooling for a comfortable work environment (Don’t freeze in the Data Center)
Food & Drink Friendly (have a coffee while you work on your equipment)
Trash Services (un-box equipment – our staff will handle packaging disposal)

Secure Storage Rooms

Drop Ship Equipment to Complex Drive
Packages will be stored within our Secure Storage and & Packing Slips will be kept until you arrive.
Unpack your equipment in our Customer Work room; we will dispose of your packing materials for you.

Conference Facilities

Multiple Conference Rooms able to accommodate between 8 and 14 people.
Projectors & White Boards are available.
Conference Rooms are available to customer when not otherwise scheduled.
Reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance with the Complex Drive reception staff which is available Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm. Reservations must be confirmed in writing.
Catering Services are available through The Lil’Pepper Deli. Our staff can help make any meeting or training a success. (http://www.litlpepper.com/menu.asp)
